太极步 Taiji Walking

洋人师傅解释得很清楚。

2种方法:
1) 圆步 (较合太极’圆’的精神)
2) 机械步

注意
1. 常犯错误: 膝盖不可超过脚尖, (即过90度 ), 会磨伤膝盖。

2. 记得: 转左(右)脚尖之前, 先后座右(左)腿。

3. 身体永远是同脚的方向。
