孔子吃姜长寿

孔子的时代 “人生70古来稀”, 在饱尝战祸、颠沛流离,人平均寿命很低的时代,孔子能活到73岁,与重视食用生姜不无关系。

《论语.乡党篇》:
不撤\che姜食,不多食。”
每餐必须有姜,但也不多吃。(吃太多反而不好)

孔子知道姜抗衰老:

因为姜味辛,可祛湿解毒,食前吃一点有益于健康和饮食。古人是非常鼓励吃姜的。古人有说,冬吃萝卜夏吃姜。还有上床萝卜,下床姜。因为萝卜顺气,能帮助消化和有助睡眠。至于姜,起床后吃,有助于提升氧气和精力,所以早上吃些姜和热的食物。不多食,七分饱。吃多了,就会增加脾胃的负担。胃的负担重了,心就会有气没力。是所谓的子盗母气。所以,千万不要暴饮暴食。

制法: 醋泡姜 (每早: 2-4 薄片, 不可吃太多):

注意:
1 姜发霉会致癌, 丢掉不要吃。
2 储存在室温, 不可冷藏。
3 吃姜不要削皮。
4 夏天吃嫰姜。
5 早上吃姜。
